Manipulation
This is by far one of the most difficult categories to price as each
photo may need different amounts of work, please call us and discuss the picture
in question and we will advise you accordingly. If you could send us a basic
scan that would greatly aid us in pricing your photo. Please contact us for
more details.

If you want a picture enlarged from the original then it is essential that you inform us of this at the time of ordering so that we can increase the scanning resolution to take account of this.

Postage & Packing
These costs will vary depending on the weight of the package, we use royal mail recorded delivery to post all photos. We will contact you when the photos are ready to be sent to you and arrange a delivery date. We can offer either recorded delivery or guaranteed next day delivery for a little bit extra, it should be noted that we will NOT under any circumstances use any form of delivery that doesn't require a signature.
Our standard delivery charge is £3.50 (E.G. Original photo+ 6"x4" print) for recorded delivery but this will depend on weight, heavier items will cost a little more to post. There is also a guaranteed next working day delivery option available that costs approximately £5+ depending on weight.

Unlike some other web site traders we know that each person is different and we want to offer you the most convenient way for YOU to pay. Therefore we accept personal cheques, "Moneybookers", "NOCHEX", Postal Orders, Credit Cards*(online only) and Debit Cards(online only).
